Talentpay Risks Manager ('TPR’) is an industry-specific software system that enables advertisers, advertising agencies and production houses to meet their workplace health and safety obligations in the production of advertisements.

The obligations prescribed in the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (‘the Act’) are specific and serious. Parties involved in the production of advertisements need to be aware of their own obligations.

TPR includes information to help stakeholders understand their obligations and delivers an integrated suite of forms and other functionality so that productions jobs are completed in a compliant manner. It is also a platform for PCBU’s (‘persons conducting a business or undertaking') to consult, co-ordinate and co-operate with each other in meeting the requirements of the Act.

Talentpay Risks Manager is a sister company to Talentpay New Zealand (NZ) Pty Ltd, a company dedicated to bringing technology to the process by which performers are defined, located and contracted to appear in advertisements, and for the permanent centralised storage of performer rights created by that process. Talentpay NZ is a PCBU on all productions on which it is the designated processor of performers appearing in advertisements.
